3/4 cup
Bolognese sauce

1 cup
Broccoli (fresh)

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Halve the florets. - Step 2
In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the broccoli for 5-6 min until tender. Drain & set aside. - Step 3
Meanwhile, in a second pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain once cooked. - Step 4
Add the gnocchi back to the pot. Mix in the bolognese sauce. Heat everything over medium heat for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally. - Step 5
Serve the broccoli alongside the saucy gnocchi. Sprinkle with grated parmesan & enjoy!
