- Step 1
Squeeze the orange juice into bowl. Zest the orange & set aside. - Step 2
Add the sugar, orange juice & orange blossom water to a pan over medium heat. Stir & let it come to a simmer. - Step 3
Add the orange zest. Reduce the heat to low. - Step 4
Stir in the butter. Let cook over low heat for 2 min. - Step 5
Add the folded crêpes to the pan. Cook them in the orange syrup for 1-2 min on each side. - Step 6
Serve the crêpes with the orange syrup drizzled over top. Enjoy!
