Brew a fresh cup of coffee or two shots of espresso & pour into a mug. - Step 2
In a small bowl, combine milk (pick your favorite), pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla extract & pumpkin pie spice. Whisk it all together until fully combined. Taste & adjust the sweetness to your liking : ) - Step 3
Stir the pumpkin-spiced milk into the mug filled with coffee. Top with whipped cream if you wish! Serve hot & enjoy!
