Roasted bell peppers

Arugula

Balsamic vinegar

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain when cooked. Toss the cooked pasta with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking. - Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette. In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar & 1 tbsp olive oil per serving. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 3
In a bowl, combine the pasta, flaked tuna, roasted bell peppers (thinly sliced) & arugula. Season with oregano & dress with the vinaigrette. - Step 4
