  • Step 1
    Toast the bread in a toaster or broiler.
  • Step 2
    While the bread is toasting, wash & thinly slice the tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Place the toasted bread on a plate. Top each toast with tomato slices, torn pieces of mozzarella & prosciutto. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Step 4
    Garnish with fresh basil (optional). Enjoy!
