Toast the bread. - Step 2
Remove the rind & seeds from the melon. Thinly slice it. - Step 3
Spread the cream cheese over the toasts. Top with slices of cantaloupe & prosciutto. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of oil. - Step 4
