Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water for 8 min. - Step 2
Toast the bread. - Step 3
Spread the cream cheese onto each slice of bread. Top with the prosciutto. - Step 4
Plunge the eggs into a bowl of icy water to stop the cooking. - Step 5
Peel & halve the eggs. Lay them over the toasts. - Step 6
Top with arugula, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
