  • Step 1
    Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water for 8 min.
  • Step 2
    Toast the bread.
  • Step 3
    Spread the cream cheese onto each slice of bread. Top with the prosciutto.
  • Step 4
    Plunge the eggs into a bowl of icy water to stop the cooking.
  • Step 5
    Peel & halve the eggs. Lay them over the toasts.
  • Step 6
    Top with arugula, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
