  • Step 1
    Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Shape the pizza dough & lay it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a round pizza pan.
  • Step 2
    Spread a thin layer of sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Step 3
    If you're not using shredded cheese, slice the fresh mozzarella into thin rounds. Arrange the cheese over the sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.
  • Step 4
    When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Top with torn pieces of prosciutto, fresh arugula & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Mangia!
