2 slices
White bread (sliced)
1 tbsp
Pesto
3 slices
Prosciutto
1 handful
Arugula
2 oz
Mozzarella (fresh)

Stovetop, Frying pan, Spatula, Knife

Spread pesto over each slice of bread. - Step 2
Thinly slice the mozzarella. Top half the bread slices with cheese. - Step 3
Layer the prosciutto & arugula over the cheese. Season with salt & pepper. Close the sandwiches. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for 2 min on each side. Use a spatula to press the sandwiches as they cook. The sandwiches should be melty & golden brown. - Step 5
Cut the sandwiches in half or quarters. Serve hot & enjoy!
