White rice (long grain)
8 oz
Pork (tenderloin)
2 tbsp
Heavy cream
1/2 tbsp
Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp
Honey
1/2 tsp
Thyme (dried)
1 tbsp
Butter (unsalted)

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions about 1-inch thick. - Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork. Cook for 2-3 min on each side. - Step 4
Add the cream, mustard, honey & thyme. Season with salt & pepper. Stir it all together. - Step 5
Cook for 2-3 more min. - Step 6
Fluff the rice & spoon it onto plates. Top with the pork medallions. Drizzle with the pan sauce. Enjoy!
