1/2 cup
Cherry tomatoes

Zucchini

Bell pepper (red)
1/4 clove

- Step 1
Wash & halve the zucchini. Then slice into half-moons. - Step 2
Wash, seed & dice the bell pepper. Wash the cherry tomatoes. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the vegetables & minced garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Sauté for 10 min. - Step 4
Add the beef & a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 2 min on each side, or until done to your liking. - Step 5
Turn off the heat. Add the pesto & mix it all together. - Step 6
Cut the beef into strips. Serve & enjoy!
