Pesto
1/4 cup
Peas (frozen)
1/2
Burrata
optional
1 sprig
Basil (fresh)

Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander

- Step 1
In a pot of boiling, salted water, add the pasta & cook according to package directions. Before draining, reserve a small ladle of cooking water. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
In a frying pan on medium heat, add the pesto & the reserved pasta water. - Step 3
Add the frozen peas & stir until the peas are heated through. - Step 4
Add the pasta & stir to thoroughly coat the pasta in the sauce. - Step 5
Serve the pesto pasta on a plate & top with the burrata. Add additional pesto sauce on top if desired. Season with salt & pepper. Top with fresh basil & enjoy!
