Cherry tomatoes

Prosciutto

In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside to cool. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & cut the cucumber into small cubes. - Step 3
Wash & cut the cherry tomatoes in half. - Step 4
In a bowl, add the drained pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes & pesto. Mix well. - Step 5
Serve the pesto pasta salad in a bowl or on a plate. Place the prosciutto on top. Season to taste. Enjoy!
