Sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp
Pesto
1 tsp
Balsamic vinegar
2 oz
Mozzarella (mini)

Basil (fresh)

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, pesto & a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 3
Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. - Step 4
Add the cooled pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella & vinaigrette to a serving bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Toss it all together. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Enjoy!
