  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a parchment paper-lined sheet tray.
  • Step 2
    Add the cauliflower crust to the sheet tray. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Step 3
    Top the pizza with the mozzarella cheese & pepperoni slices.
  • Step 4
    Place the sheet tray in the oven & bake the pizza at 425ºF according to package instructions, about 12-15 min or until the crust is golden brown & the cheese is melty.
  • Step 5
    Remove the pizza from the oven. Cut the pizza into 4 or 6 slices. Top with fresh basil (optional). Enjoy!
