Wash & dice the pear. - Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the diced pear, chopped walnuts, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, honey, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 3
Remove any bruised outer leaves from the endive. Separate the endive into petals. - Step 4
Arrange the endive petals on a serving platter. Fill them with the pear-cheese mixture. - Step 5
Top with another drizzle of honey & olive oil (optional). Season with black pepper. Enjoy!
