1/4 cup
Milk (whole)

1 tbsp
Maple syrup

1/3 cup
Rolled oats

Peach (fresh)

Almonds (sliced)

- Step 1
In a small pot over low heat, add equal parts milk & water. Stir in the oats. Add a pinch of salt. Cook 15-20 min, stirring occasionally. Add more milk or water if needed! The oats should be creamy & tender. - Step 2
Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium-low heat for 1-2 min (optional). Be sure to shake the pan to keep them from burning! - Step 3
Wash & halve the peaches. Remove the pit. Thinly slice the peaches. - Step 4
Serve the oatmeal topped with peach slices & a drizzle of maple syrup. Garnish with toasted almonds (optional). Enjoy!
