  • Step 1
    Bring the coconut milk to a simmer in a small pot over low heat. Then remove the pot from the heat.
  • Step 2
    Stir the chia seeds into the milk. Let the mixture thicken for 3-5 min, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Spoon the chia pudding into small bowls.
  • Step 4
    Slice the passion fruit in half. Then scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
  • Step 5
    Top each bowl of pudding with a dollop of passion fruit pulp & a drizzle of syrup. Garnish with shredded coconut (optional). Enjoy!
