Rolled oats
1/2 tbsp
Chia seeds
1/2 cup
Milk (whole)
1 tbsp
Maple syrup
1 oz
Chocolate bar (baking)
1/4 cup
Raspberries (frozen)

- Step 1
In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, milk & maple syrup. Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. - Step 2
Just before serving the overnight oats, break the chocolate into pieces, add to a microwave-safe bowl & microwave at 20-sec intervals, stirring between each burst until the chocolate is smooth & melted. - Step 3
Add the raspberries to a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 min, until the berries are defrosted & jammy. Stir & crush the berries with a wooden spoon as they cook. - Step 4
Add the chilled oat mixture to a bowl & smooth the top with a spoon. Layer the crushed raspberries on top. - Step 5
Pour the melted chocolate in a thin layer over the raspberries. Leave to cool for 10 min so that the chocolate hardens. Serve & enjoy!
