  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl add half of the yogurt, all-purpose seasoning, salt, pepper & smoked paprika if you have. Mix it all together. Add in the chicken & toss to coat evenly.
  • Step 2
    In another small bowl, add the remaining yogurt. Juice in the lemon & season with a pinch of salt. Our secret ingredient is 1 tsp of mayo per serving, so add some if you have! Grate in the garlic & stir it all together until well combined. Set aside.

    Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken & sear undisturbed for 3-5 min, until the meat releases easily from the pan.

    Meanwhile, thinly slice the iceberg lettuce. Then, peel & thinly slice the red onion.
  • Step 5
    Flip the chicken over & sear the second side for 3-5 more min.
  • Step 6
    Clean & slice the tomato into wedges.
  • Step 7
    Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove from the grill & transfer to a cutting board. Rest for 2-3 min.
  • Step 8
    Thinly slice the chicken & heat the rice according to package instructions. Serve the fluffy rice with all fresh vegetables & sliced chicken. Drizzle the white yogurt sauce on top. Add a bit of hot sauce if you like some heat! Enjoy!
