Rolled oats
1/8 cup
Hazelnuts
1/8 cup
Maple syrup
1/8 cup
Vegetable oil
1/8 cup
Almonds (sliced)
1 oz
Chocolate bar (baking)
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. - Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, hazelnuts, almonds, cocoa powder, oil, maple syrup & a pinch of salt. Mix it all together. - Step 3
Spread the granola evenly over a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Step 4
Bake for 10 min at 325°F. Remove from the oven & stir. Return to the oven & cook for 10 min. - Step 5
Roughly chop the chocolate. - Step 6
For extra crunch, turn off the oven & leave the granola inside for 10 min! - Step 7
Remove the granola. Stir & let it cool. Mix in the chocolate. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, ice cream or all by itself!
