Wash & slice the nectarine into wedges. - Step 2
Remove the avocado peel & pit. Cut the avocado into cubes. - Step 3
Arrange the arugula, nectarine & avocado on a serving plate. Top with torn pieces of mozzarella & prosciutto. - Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
