  • Step 1
    Slice the melon in half. Remove the seeds. Cut off the rind & chop the melon into cubes. Wash & trim the figs. Cut them into quarters.
  • Step 2
    Add the melon & figs to a serving plate. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Garnish with chopped basil (optional). Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
