  • Step 1
    Peel & dice the potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes. Cook for 15 min.
  • Step 3
    Drain the potatoes. Combine with the milk, butter, nutmeg (optional), salt & pepper. Mash until smooth & creamy.
  • Step 4
    Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with slices of shaved ham. Enjoy!
