Pizza dough

1/6 cup
Pizza sauce

4 oz
Mozzarella (fresh)

Basil (fresh)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450ºF. On a lightly flour-dusted surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circle about 10-12 inches wide. - Step 2
On a baking sheet turned upside-down, add parchment paper. If you have a pizza steel, use that instead! Place the dough on top of the baking sheet & reshape if needed. - Step 3
Spread a thin layer of sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. - Step 4
Slice the fresh mozzarella ball into thin rounds. Arrange the cheese over the sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10-15 min at 450°F. - Step 5
Once the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Garnish with torn basil leaves & a drizzle of olive oil. Serve & enjoy!
