Rinse & drain the lentils - Step 2
Peel & thinly slice the red onion. - Step 3
Wash & dice the cucumber into small cubes. - Step 4
Wash & finely chop the cilantro. - Step 5
Add pre-cooked lentils to a plate with cucumber, crumbled feta, red onions & fresh cilantro. Add a drizzle of olive oil or dressing of your choice. Mix it all together. Serve & enjoy!
