Lentils (cooked)

Figs (fresh)

1 handful
Arugula

Goat's cheese

Rinse & drain the lentils. - Step 2
Wash the figs. Remove the stems. Quarter the figs. If using dried figs, cut into thin slices! - Step 3
Add the arugula to a serving bowl. Top with the figs, lentils & crumbled feta. Season with salt & pepper. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 4
