Lentils (cooked)

Chickpeas (canned)

Cucumber
1 Stalk

Goat cheese

Chives (fresh)

Rinse & drain the lentils & chickpeas. - Step 2
Wash & cube the cucumber. - Step 3
Wash & dice the celery. - Step 4
Chop the chives (optional). - Step 5
Add the chickpeas, lentils, celery & cucumber to a salad bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Toss it all together. Crumble in the goat cheese. Garnish with chives (optional). Enjoy!
