1 handful
Shredded lettuce
1 pinch
Italian seasoning
1 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1 tsp
Red wine vinegar

In a bowl, add the shredded lettuce, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper. Toss to combine. - Step 2
If desired, toast the sub roll to your liking. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the roll. - Step 3
Layer the provolone, ham, pepperoni & salami slices onto the bottom half of the roll. - Step 4
Top the sandwich with the lettuce mixture & top bun. Enjoy!
