  • Step 1
    In a bowl, add the shredded lettuce, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Step 2
    If desired, toast the sub roll to your liking. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the roll.
  • Step 3
    Layer the provolone, ham, pepperoni & salami slices onto the bottom half of the roll.
  • Step 4
    Top the sandwich with the lettuce mixture & top bun. Enjoy!
