Jasmine rice
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Sesame seeds

Lime
1 tsp
Honey

Red onion

Cook the rice according to package instructions. - Step 2
Peel & mince the red onion. Peel & mince or crush the garlic. Add the oil to a pan over medium heat. Then add the onion & a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes. - Step 3
Add the thawed shrimp & cook for 2 more minutes. Add the garlic, sesame seeds, lime juice & honey. Season with salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to low & cook for 3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. - Step 4
Serve the shrimp over rice. Enjoy!
