Ingredients for 1 pie crust

1/3 cup
Flour (all-purpose)

1 tbsp
Olive oil
recipe
- Step 1
Add the flour & a pinch of salt (for 1 pie crust) into a large mixing bowl. - Step 2
Pour the water & olive oil (about 1/3 cup of each for 1 pie crust) over the flour mixture. Mix quickly with your hands until you have a smooth ball of dough. *Be careful to knead as little as possible so that the crust doesn't become too tough. Cover in plastic wrap & place in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook. - Step 3
To cook, preheat the oven to 350°C. Flour a clean work surface & roll out the dough using a floured rolling pin. To easily remove it from the work surface, wrap it around the roller. Then, place the dough in a pie dish. - Step 4
Prick the bottom with a fork & add your desired filling. Bake for the time indicated on the recipe, until it is lightly golden. Remove from the oven & serve. Enjoy!
Recipe tip
If the dough is too sticky add a little flour, if it is too dry add a little water.
