  • Step 1
    Toast the buns in a hot pan for 15 to 30 seconds. Remove from heat & set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mince the chives (optional).
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper & chives (optional).
  • Step 4
    Melt a pat of butter in the same pan over medium heat. Scramble the eggs for 2-3 min, or until they're done to your liking.
  • Step 5
    Spoon the scrambled eggs onto the bottom slice of each sandwich. Top with ham. Close the sandwiches & go!
