Little gem lettuce

Prosciutto

Balsamic glaze
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully add the eggs. Cook for 6 min. - Step 2
Slice the lettuce hearts in half. Wash in a colander & thoroughly drain. Pat the lettuce dry. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over high heat. Add the lettuce. Cook for 1 min on each side. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from heat. - Step 4
Remove the eggs from the pot. Plunge them into a bowl of icy cold water. Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs. - Step 5
Arrange the lettuce in a serving bowl. Top with the grated parmesan & prosciutto slices. Add soft-boiled eggs, sliced in half. Drizzle with balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar & olive oil!). Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
