Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Slice the kiwi in half. Scoop out the avocado & kiwi flesh. Place them into a blender. Add a squeeze of lime juice, mint leaves, honey & 0.75 cup of water (per serving). - Step 2
Blend until smooth & creamy, adding extra water if too thick. - Step 3
