Greek Yogurt (plain)

Paprika

Red onion

Add the chicken to a shallow dish. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with paprika, salt & pepper. Feel free to use additional seasonings, like cumin, onion powder & garlic powder, if you have any. Turn over the chicken in the mixture. - Step 2
Wash & roughly chop the cucumber. Peel & thinly slice the onion. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Cook the chicken for 3-5 min on each side, or until cooked through & crispy. - Step 4
Spread the Greek yogurt over half of a serving plate. Arrange the cucumber & onion slices over the yogurt. Lay the chicken alongside the yogurt & veggies. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
