- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. On a parchment-lined sheet tray, add the meatballs in an even layer. Bake for 15-20 min or according to package instructions. - Step 2
As the meatballs bake, rinse & thinly slice the cucumber into rounds. - Step 3
Peel & halve the onion. Thinly slice. - Step 4
In the final 2 min of baking, add the naan to the sheet tray to warm. Then, remove everything from the oven. - Step 5
On the warm bread, spread a layer of hummus. Top with meatballs, cucumbers & onions. Add a few dollops of tzatziki on top. Season to taste with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Serve & enjoy!
