Arugula

Goat cheese
1 tsp
Pine nuts

1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning
2 slices
White bread (sliced)

Preheat the broiler. Crumble or slice the goat cheese. - Step 2
Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet. Top each slice with goat cheese. - Step 3
Sprinkle herbes de Provence over top (optional). Garnish with pine nuts. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Broil for 3 min, or until toasted & melty. Be sure they don't burn! - Step 4
Arrange the salad greens on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Place the toasts on top of the salad. Bon appétit!
