White mushrooms (whole)

Goat cheese (log)

Honey

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash & thinly slice the mushrooms. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper & half of the Italian seasoning. Sauté for 5-6 min. - Step 3
Place the flatbread on the sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the heavy cream evenly over the flatbread, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Top with the sautéed mushrooms & fresh goat's cheese. - Step 4
Drizzle the honey over the flatbread & sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning. Transfer to the oven & bake for 10-12 min at 400°F. - Step 5
Once the cheese is melty & the flatbread is golden, remove the Goat Cheese, Honey & Mushroom Flatbread from the oven. Serve it with a side of green salad seasoned to taste & enjoy!
