  • Step 1
    Wash & cut the tomato into thin slices.
  • Step 2
    Spread the red pesto on the slices of sandwich bread.
  • Step 3
    Add the tomato slices & ham to one slice of bread.
  • Step 4
    Cut the goat cheese into slices & add to the ham. Close the sandwich with the second slice.
  • Step 5
    Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the grilled cheese for 2 min on each side, or until nicely golden. Turn off the heat, cover the pan & rest the sandwich for 1 min, allowing the cheese to continue melting.

    Cut the grilled cheeses in half & enjoy!
