Goat cheese
1 slice
Country bread (sliced)
1 tbsp
Walnuts
1 tsp
Honey
1 handful
Arugula

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the goat cheese into rounds. Place a round on each slice of bread. - Step 2
Top with crushed walnuts, honey & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10 min, or until the cheese is melted & bread toasted. Serve with a bed of arugula. Enjoy!
