    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi & stir.
  • Step 2
    Add the red pesto & a splash of water. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 1 min. Reduce the heat to low, cover & cook for 2-3 min.
  • Step 3
    Serve the gnocchi & sauce topped with goat cheese. Garnish with pine nuts (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
