  • Step 1
    Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
  • Step 2
    Add the cream, thyme & grated or minced garlic to a pan over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min.
  • Step 3
    Drain the gnocchi. Add it to the pan. Stir it all together.
  • Step 4
    Serve garnished with extra parmesan (optional) & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
