Cannellini beans (cooked)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 handful
Arugula

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel, then mince or crush the garlic. - Step 2
Rinse the canned or cooked cannellini beans. Spread them out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Bake the beans for 15 min. - Step 4
Arrange the arugula in a serving bowl. Top with the garlicky beans & crumbled feta. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
