Garlic
1/8 bunch
Parsley (fresh)
3/50 cup
Butter (unsalted)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Peel & finely chop the garlic. - Step 2
Wash & finely chop the parsley. - Step 3
Carefully halve the loaf of bread. - Step 4
In a small bowl, combine chopped garlic, softened butter, chopped parsley, salt & pepper. Mix it all together. - Step 5
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange the bread on the tray, crust-side down. Evenly spread the butter mixture on the bread. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 min. - Step 6
Remove the tray from the oven. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. Return to the oven & bake for 5 more min until golden brown. - Step 7
Carefully slice the garlic bread. Serve warm & enjoy!
