Creamy horseradish sauce

1/4 cup
Beef broth

1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

- Step 1
Heat the butter in a pot over medium-low heat. Once the butter is melted, add flour to thicken (optional). Whisk well to combine. Reduce the heat to low. - Step 2
Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce & beef broth. Season with garlic powder & onion powder if you have! Add a pinch of salt & pepper. Stir well for 1 more min. - Step 3
Submerge the sliced roast beef into the pot of warm au jus. Cook briefly, until the meat is just heated through, about 1 min. Remove the meat from the liquid. - Step 4
On a warm french roll, spread creamy horseradish sauce on the bottom half. Layer on the meat & close the sandwich. Serve with a warm cup of au jus & enjoy!

Homemade au jus is delicious, but store bought can be just as good if you're in a rush!
