  • Step 1
    Prepare the falafel according to the package instructions. Baking or pan-frying are both delicious options!
  • Step 2
    Wash & dice the cucumber.
  • Step 3
    Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Season with salt, pepper & olive oil. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
  • Step 4
    Remove the falafel from the heat.
  • Step 5
    Serve the couscous, falafel & cucumber in a serving bowl. Add a dollop of tzatziki. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Add a final drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
