Prepare the falafel according to the package instructions. Baking or pan-frying are both delicious options! - Step 2
Wash & dice the cucumber. - Step 3
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Season with salt, pepper & olive oil. Fluff the couscous with a fork. - Step 4
Remove the falafel from the heat. - Step 5
Serve the couscous, falafel & cucumber in a serving bowl. Add a dollop of tzatziki. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Add a final drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
