Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside.
Clean & thinly slice the mushrooms. Wash & trim the green beans.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms & green beans. Stir.
Add the garlic (grated, minced, or crushed). Cook, stirring for 1 min.
Reduce the heat to low, cover & cook for 2 min.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt & pepper.
Move the veggies aside in the pan. Pour the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs for 2-3 min.
Add the noodles & soy sauce to the pan. Toss it all together. Remove from the heat.
Serve the noodle bowls garnished with fresh cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
