Kidney beans (canned)

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the tortillas for 1 min on each side, or until lightly golden. Remove from the pan & set aside. - Step 2
Crack the eggs into the same pan & cook for 4 min, or until fried to your liking. - Step 3
While the eggs are cooking, peel & slice the avocado. - Step 4
Drain the kidney beans. To serve, top each tortilla with a sunny-side up egg, beans, sliced avocado & a drizzle of hot sauce. - Step 5
Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
