Lasagna noodles

Ground beef

Beef broth
2 tbsp
Mozzarella (shredded)

Yellow onion
1 clove
Garlic
1 cup
Spinach (fresh)

- Step 1
Peel & dice the onion. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, grate in the garlic & add the ground beef. - Step 3
Season with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning, if you have any. Stir & cook until the meat browns and the onion softens, about 3-4 min. - Step 4
Add the marinara sauce & beef broth. Stir & bring the mixture to a boil. - Step 5
Break up the lasagna noodles & drop them into the pot. Simmer for 8-10 min, until the noodles are al dente. - Step 6
Add the spinach & stir it in to wilt. Remove the pot from the heat. - Step 7
Stir in the mozzarella cheese & serve topped with additional mozzarella & grated parmesan if you have any. Enjoy!
