Green onion (scallions)

1 cup
Coleslaw mix

1/2 tsp
Toasted sesame oil

1 tsp
Rice vinegar

2 tsp
Soy sauce

Pork dumplings (frozen)

Thinly slice the scallions. - Step 2
Add the coleslaw mix & 1/2 the scallions to a bowl. Drizzle with the sesame oil, rice vinegar & soy sauce. Toss well. - Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Add frozen dumplings flat-side down & cook for 3-4 min until golden brown. - Step 4
Pour in water (2 tbsp per serving) & cover with a lid. Let steam for 5-6 min until the dumplings are cooked through. Remove the lid & let any remaining water evaporate. - Step 5
Serve the dumplings over the slaw. Sprinkle with the remaining scallions & the sesame seeds (optional). Serve with extra soy sauce on the side, if you'd like. Enjoy!
